Our Process

Handling everything from templating and fabrication to expert installation.

Consultation

We’ll kickoff with an in-person or virtual design consultation, during which we’ll provide a free estimate. Your Korkan expert will go over every detail including your options for natural stone or quartz as well as options for edge profiles. The goal of the consultation is to better understand your vision so we can ensure the end product meets your highest expectations.

Layout & Mapping

A member of our team will visit your home to measure your space using a high-tech laser templating machine, creating a precise template for your future countertop. We’ll create a visual layout of your upgraded surface.

Fabrication

Once your material is selected, our experts use a high-resolution camera to take a picture of your material. We then use a special software to precisely cut it to size on our CNC bridge saw. Each piece is then hand-fabricated by a Korkan specialist to ensure a flawless fit and finish for your space.

Install

Our skilled installers work efficiently and with care to deliver results that meet— and exceed— your expectations. For your peace of mind, we never use subcontractors. Only trusted Korkan specialists will complete your installation.

Satisfaction Follow-Up

Our job isn’t done when the installation ends. A dedicated team member will follow up to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your new countertop and address any remaining questions.
